Dolly Chugh is an award-winning professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Her research on ethics, bias, gender, and race has appeared in numerous scientific journals and received media coverage in many outlets, including the Washington Post, NPR, and Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In. She has also co-authored a bestselling article in the Harvard Business Review and a “most-read” Op-Ed in the Sunday New York Times. Her classes are extremely popular with a wide variety of students, ranging from undergrads, MBAs, and executives to incarcerated students and school principals. Dolly is currently writing a book titled The Person You Mean to Be forthcoming in the fall of 2018.
