Stacy Adimando is a food and travel writer, cookbook author, and the current Test Kitchen Director at Saveur magazine. Her work has also appeared in Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Vogue, NPR,Conde Nast Traveler, Gastronomica, and many more. Stacy is the author of several cookbooks. Most recently she released Nopalito, an authentic Mexican cookbook in co-authorship with the chefs from San Francisco’s Nopalito restaurant, and Around the Fire with the James Beard Award-winning chefs from Ox restaurant in Portland. She has also written a Short Stack Edition on cherries.
