Born in London, Hari Kunzru’s most recent novel, White Tears, was a finalist for the PEN Jean Stein Award, the Kirkus Prize, the Folio Prize, the James Tait Black Memorial Prize, One Book New York, and the Prix du Livre Inter étranger. He is also the author of four other novels. He was a 2008 Cullman Fellow at the New York Public Library, a 2014 Guggenheim Fellow and a 2015 Fellow of the American Academy in Berlin.
